Come & Join us on an inspirational workshop learning about the art of photography
Do you have a nice camera and feel a bit overwhelmed with all of the buttons and dials?
In this photography workshop you will learn to understand your camera and how to take advantage of all its features whilst exploring what it takes to make a good photograph.
We will also cover some basic editing techniques should you wish to enhance or correct any aspects of your photographs.
We will work together to expand your knowledge of composition, selective focus, exposure, and lighting whilst developing your understanding of the camera controls. This will open up a whole new world of image making to take your photographs to the next level.
After a delicious breakfast we will focus on photography theory of which we will then put into practice during the afternoon session things learnt from the morning.
In the evening after dinner you will be encouraged to share your images with the group.
Students of all skill levels are welcome. A DSLR or an advanced point and shoot camera is suggested. The course features interactive demos and field trips (weather permitting).
